“Entrepreneurial Lab” is a two-stage international youth exchange Erasmus+ project, with the objective to empower 42 young people from 5 different countries (United Kingdom, Hungary, Bulgaria, Poland and Turkey) with entrepreneurial skills and mindset.
What is Entrepreneurial Lab?
Champions Factory, in cooperation with Future Talents Generation, led the international project “Entrepreneurial Lab” Erasmus+ youth exchange, which involved 42 young people to empower them with entrepreneurial skills and mindset. The first stage of the project was implemented in the period 23 – 31 October 2017 in Bansko (Bulgaria). The second activity was implemented in the period 16 – 24 April 2018 in Budapest (Hungary).
The specific objectives of the project:
- Study the concept of unemployment, its threats and achieve a general understanding of youth employability.
- Analyse the position and situation of young people nowadays, in particular the youth with fewer opportunities in rural and urban areas and understand their expectations, motivations, dreams, fears and barriers for their personal development.
- Identify innovative ideas, tools, best practices and methods that could be applied in job searching or work environment.
- Form different teams of participants to conduct a research and report in their local communities after they return in order to find useful insights and opportunities for development, value creation, entrepreneurship and employability.
